Golden Goose Superstar Sneakers That Are Making Waves
One of my obsessions is Golden Goose Deluxe Brand. They were launched back in 2000 after merging the creative spirit of Francesca Rinaldo and Alessandro Gallo in Italy. Through the years, they have become a huge designer brand with flagship stores in multiple countries, and it’s one that many fashion lovers are drawn to.
I’ve known about Golden Goose for years and I would often browse the selection at FarFetch, as they always had an fantastic selection, but I never ended up getting any because I always thought they were quite expensive and seemed too close in style to Converse, so they were always saved for later. Some time back, Adam was the one who originally loved the brand and he actually got his first pair of their Superstar sneakers last year, which was what made me pay more attention. After checking out his pair and noticing that no two pairs are alike because they’re crafted by hand in Italy, I was totally into it. As the Golden Goose Superstar sneakers are pre-distressed and made to appear vintage, they are all hand done so there’s no two pairs alike. Some have stronger distressing than others, so there’s a whole spectrum.
If you’re buying at a store, it might be a good idea to ask to see a few of the same shoe and choose from them, but if you’re ordering online, you have to trust the surprise!The pair of sneakers that I was golden goose pink shoes first obsessed with are the ones above in the main image, as they’ve been in rotation a long time, but I never ended up purchasing them.
